Hi, I’m Kathy! I’m a trauma-informed mental health professional with 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in individual therapy for adults. I support clients navigating trauma, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, and emotional regulation. I am licensed in Illinois as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and in Florida as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. I hold certifications in trauma treatment, narcissistic abuse recovery, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
